Algeblocks
"'Using Algeblocks,' provides online training to teachers who either need an introduction to the use of Algeblocks or need to reacquaint themselves with the manipulative." This series of streaming video lessons with Algeblocks (base 10 blocks) for . Lessons include: Fundementals, Working with Integers, Operations with Integers, +/- Polynomials, Multiplying Polynomials, and Factoring.

Algebra Resource Center
This Virgina resource is loaded with all kinds of help for K-12 algebra.

Jump$tart: Financial Smarts for Students
Sponsored by the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy this standards-based site has useful educational resources.

Math VIDS 1 and Math VIDS 2
"MathVIDS is an interactive web site designed to assist teachers in effectively teaching students who have difficulty learning math." This is another Virginia Department of Education Resource.

Computing Technology for Math Excellence
This site "is devoted to resources for teaching and learning mathematics (K-12 and calculus) and the standards movement in education.  Math resources include over 70 software products that have potential to raise achievement levels of students.  There are links to sites for basic skills mastery, problem solving and critical thinking, using data, homework assistance, games, simulations, virtual math manipulatives, project-based learning, field trips for math, standardized testing, and more." 

Technology in Math Education
" The Forum's Internet Mathematics Library provides links to sites about Technology in Math Education in the categories: Audiovisual/Multimedia; Calculators; Computers (Models of Use, Programmed Instruction); and The Web and Pedagogy. Integrating Technology into Math for K-8

Scientific Calculator Lessons for Middle School Teachers
"This is an online manual for teachers of students in grades 6 through 8. The manual provides middle school teachers with samples of mathematics and science lessons that support the 2001 Mathematics Standards of Learning and the 2003 Science Standards of Learning using the state-approved scientific calculators."

K-8 Mathematics Technology Projects
