Unit and Lesson Plan Templates

Most of these templates are Word documents. Remember that many templates do not always include important information as listed below so you will need to add these items:

  • Your name (don't forget!)
  • Grade level
  • Time frame
  • CA Content Standards
  • Materials and Resources
  • Objectives (although this is often included)
  • Technology, if any and
    Management plan for technology, if needed (i.e., if there is only one computer in the classroom how will you organize how students use it, etc.)
  • Assessment - maybe be formal or informal
